A lucid dream is, according to Wiktionary, 'a form of dreaming in which the conscious mind takes control over the contents of the dream'.
Now, the nice thing about lucid dreaming is that you have total control over the actions you take in your dreams. In effect this is like playing a game with graphics a lot better than Crysis. Though I do find it difficult I have succeeded in doing it a couple of times, and the following image helped me a great amount!
